Over 4,400 war-affected Ukrainians evacuated for treatment abroad

for two years of full-scale war, the ministry of health of ukraine, together with the european commission, who, and other partners, has been organizing evacuation flights for injured ukrainians to be treated abroad.in total, 4,417 people have been evacuated, including patients with mine injuries, those in need of prosthetics, and cancer patients. in addition, more than 600 children with injuries and cancer are among the evacuees.

In 2023, 19,851 people fell ill with tuberculosis in Ukraine
