Technical Agreement between the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Latvia

The technical agreement aims to supplement and implement the security agreement between Ukraine and Latvia, concluded on April 11, 2024, in healthcare, and provides for long-term support and cooperation in the healthcare field. The agreement covers the development of collaboration, restoration of medical infrastructure, exchange of experience, and implementation of rehabilitation programs for Ukrainian military personnel.
The main areas of cooperation are the restoration of medical infrastructure, development of its protection, cooperation in the field of public health and prevention, stabilization and improvement of the healthcare system, implementation of rehabilitation programs for Ukrainian military personnel, strengthening of horizontal medical partnership, as well as Ukraine's integration into the EU healthcare system and adaptation of legislation.
Technical Agreement between the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the Ministry of Health of the Kingdom of Sweden

The purpose of the technical agreement is to supplement and implement the security agreement between Ukraine and Sweden concluded on May 31, 2024, in the area of health care and provides for long-term support and cooperation in the field of health care and public health.
The technical agreement is implementing initiatives and innovative solutions to protect human life and health, improving public health and well-being. The agreement provides for overcoming the negative consequences in the healthcare sector and countering the challenges caused by Russia's full-scale war against Ukraine.
The main areas of cooperation are: support for Ukraine in implementing healthcare reforms necessary for European integration, training and professional development of healthcare workers and specialists in the field of circulation and control of medicines and medical devices, development of horizontal medical partnerships between healthcare institutions, implementation of rehabilitation programs for Ukrainian military personnel, deepening cooperation in the field of healthcare system technologization and digitalization, telemedicine, training and professional development of healthcare workers etc.

Memorandum between the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Estonia

The Memorandum of Cooperation was signed by the Minister of Health of Ukraine Viktor Liashko and the Minister of Health of the Republic of Estonia Rõina Sikkut in Kyiv.
The main areas of cooperation are providing humanitarian aid, improving access to medical care and mental health support for Ukrainian refugees, assisting wounded citizens with rehabilitation and prosthetics, organizing trainings and exchanging experience of medical professionals, restoring medical facilities, and cooperating with Ukrainian medical facilities to develop educational programs by international standards.
Declaration of Intent between the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the Ministry of Health of Romania
Date of signing: October 18, 2023
During a joint meeting of the governments, Minister of Health Viktor Lyashko and Minister of Health Alexandru Rafila agreed to continue and develop cooperation in the field of healthcare following the Cooperation Agreement signed in Izmail in 1996, in particular, to counter the challenges of war, cooperation in the pharmaceutical sector and the development of international medical partnership.
The main areas of cooperation are creating conditions for the development of public health, modernization of healthcare systems, and support for Ukraine's integration into the EU healthcare sector, using Romania's experience in implementing European legislation.
Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation in the Pharmaceutical Sphere between the State Administration of Ukraine on Pharmaceutical Products and the National Agency of Medicines and Medical Devices of Romania

During the joint meeting of the governments, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine signed a number of program documents with the Ministry of Health of Romania, including the Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation in the Pharmaceutical Sphere between the State Administration of Ukraine on Medicines and the National Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices of Romania.
The main areas of cooperation include the exchange of experts and information on quality control of medicines and medical devices, the fight against counterfeit drugs, control of the circulation of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, exchange of regulatory information, experience in import, export, certification, and inspection, as well as quality control of vaccines. In addition, the agreement provides for seminars, trainings, exchange of visits, the introduction of modern laboratory standards, and other forms of cooperation.

The Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the Ministry of Health and Welfare of Sweden was signed by the Minister of Health of Ukraine Viktor Lyashko in the Kingdom of Sweden.

Joint Declaration of Intent on Cooperation in Healthcare between the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the Federal Ministry of Health of Germany

Minister of Health of Ukraine Viktor Liashko and Minister of Health of Germany Karl Lauterbach signed a joint declaration of intent on cooperation in the field of healthcare between the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the Federal Ministry of Health of Germany.
The main areas of cooperation are public health, combating infectious and non-communicable diseases, prevention, rehabilitation (including prosthetics and orthotics), mental health, professional development of medical personnel, sustainability and modernization of healthcare systems, including self-governance.
Declaration of Intent between the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the Ministry of the Interior and Health of Denmark

During a working visit to Ukraine, Minister of the Ministry of the Interior and Health of Denmark Sophie Løde and Minister of Health of Ukraine Viktor Liashko signed a declaration of intent to strengthen cooperation in the healthcare sector.

The Memorandum of Understanding in the field of healthcare was signed by the Minister of Health of Ukraine Viktor Liashko and the Minister of Health of the Republic of Poland Izabella Leshchyna during a meeting at the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Poland in the framework of joint consultations of the governments of the two countries in Warsaw.

The main areas of cooperation include registration of medicinal products, monitoring of adverse reactions, clinical trials, and inspections of safety systems for medicinal products and medical devices. In addition, this cooperation will facilitate the implementation of European standards in the pharmaceutical industry of Ukraine, which will ensure high quality, safety and efficacy of medicines and medical devices.

Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic.

On July 16 in Prague, during joint intergovernmental consultations between Ukraine and the Czech Republic, Minister of Health of Ukraine Viktor Liashko and Vice Prime Minister of Health of the Czech Republic Vlastimil Válek signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic. The document lays the groundwork for further strengthening cooperation between the countries in healthcare and public health.
