University Hospital Center of Lille (France) and Feofaniya Clinical Hospital (Ukraine)

A Memorandum of Understanding between the institutions was signed during the Third Summit of First Ladies and Gentlemen in September 2023.

The collaboration is being implemented in the form of internships across several key areas:

Anesthesiology:

• Visits to departments including general surgical intensive care and neuro-intensive care units.
  
  
• Familiarization with the latest approaches to providing medical care in critical care settings.
  
  

Otolaryngology (ENT):

• Internships in ENT departments, including opportunities to observe surgeries and exchange expertise with French colleagues.
  
  

Stroke care:

• Introduction to the operation of a French stroke service, which treats more than 1,500 patients annually.
  
  
• Visits to neuro-intensive care and neuro-rehabilitation units.
  
  

Participation in international conferences:

• Involvement in high-level international events, including a conference in Paris focused on mental health and art therapy.
