Training on Five Digital Health Governance Faculty Programs Has Been Completed
CDTO Campus has completed training on five programs of the Digital Health Governance Faculty, an educational track for strengthening the digital competencies of healthcare professionals.
In total, 241 participants completed the training. The programs covered practical competencies needed for the digital transformation of the healthcare system: project and digital team management, cybersecurity for healthcare facilities, and web accessibility.
“Digital transformation of healthcare is, above all, about the people capable of driving change. The Digital Health Governance Faculty helped participants strengthen practical skills in managing digital projects and teams, cybersecurity, and web accessibility. These competencies matter for the further development of digital capacity at facilities and across the entire healthcare system.”
Each of the programs focused on a distinct area of practical work needed for the digital transformation of the healthcare system.
- "Cybersecurity and Protection of Healthcare Facility Information and Communication Systems" was dedicated to practical approaches to protecting the digital infrastructure of healthcare facilities: from digital asset inventory to incident response.
- "Cybersecurity for Healthcare Facility Leaders" was aimed at facility heads and their deputies, helping them understand how to organize cybersecurity and act in crisis situations.
- In "Practical Project Management in the Healthcare System," participants worked with approaches to project planning and implementation, and to managing timelines, resources, and stakeholders.
- "Effective Digital Teams in the Healthcare System" focused on team collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and crisis management.
- Participants in "Web Accessibility in the Healthcare System" learned approaches to building digital interfaces and services accessible to users with different types of impairments.
“Completing these programs is an important result for every participant and, at the same time, a contribution to the development of the healthcare system's digital capacity. Over the course of the training, professionals not only deepened their knowledge but also gained practical tools they can use in their everyday work. It matters to us that these competencies stay within the teams and help them work more confidently with digital projects, security, and service accessibility.”
Program participants received practical tools and templates they can use in their professional work.
The Digital Health Governance Faculty is a joint initiative of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and CDTO Campus, implemented by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine together with the East Europe Foundation.
