The Ministry of Health of Ukraine informs about the unified state qualification exam (USQE "KROK").

Due to the full-scale war in Ukraine, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (MoH) has developed a draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Procedure for Conducting the Unified State Qualification Exam for Master's Degree Students in the Specialties of the Field of Knowledge "22 Healthcare."

The draft resolution will be submitted for consideration by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (CVMU) as soon as the coordination legislative procedures are completed. The resolution will allow students to take the components of the USQE "KROK" and the English language exam in the professional field outside Ukraine, based on their permanent residence/temporary stay, during the period of martial law in Ukraine.

If the students are outside Ukraine, they are going to be able to take the exams at the certification testing centers designated by the State Non-Profit “Testing Board for the Professional Competence of Higher Education Professionals in the Fields of "Medicine" and "Pharmacy" under the Ministry of Health of Ukraine". Or in case they are willing to return to Ukraine, they may take the exams at domestic higher education institutions.
