In 2014, graduated from the Bogomolets National Medical University with a degree in General Medicine and completed an internship in General Practice — Family Medicine.

Professional Experience

Started his career in the field of primary healthcare. Worked in the private sector in clinical research, as well as a health consultant for several international and non-governmental organizations.

Since 2019, has been working at the Ministry of Health of Ukraine:

• 2019–2020 — State Expert, Expert Group on Medical Services Development, Directorate of Medical Services;
• 2020–2021 — State Expert, Expert Group on Specialized and Highly Specialized Medical Care, Directorate of Medical Support;
• 2021–2022 — State Expert, Expert Group on Policy Formation for the Procurement of Medical Services, Medicines, and Medical Devices, Directorate of Medical Services;
• 2022 — Head of the Expert Group on Policy Formation in the Field of the Medical Guarantees Program and Medical Support, Directorate of Medical Services;
• 2023–2025 — Head of the Division for Policy Formation in the Field of the Medical Guarantees Program and Medical Support, Department of Medical Services;
• April–June 2025 — Director of the Department of Medical Services.

Awards

2024 — Letter of Appreciation from the Prime Minister of Ukraine.
