EDUCATION

Education: higher education in economics; Candidate of Sciences.

In 2008, graduated with honors from the Faculty of Management and Marketing of the National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”, obtaining a Master’s degree in Management of Foreign Economic Activity.

Completed the military training program at the Military Institute of Telecommunications and Informatization of the National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” and was commissioned as a Junior Lieutenant in the Reserve.

In 2013, completed postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Sociology and Law of the National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”.

In 2013, was awarded the academic degree of Candidate of Sciences in Philosophy.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Began his career in 2008 as an analyst and project manager in private consulting companies.

From 2013 to 2020, worked as a lecturer at the Department of Theory and Practice of Management, Faculty of Sociology and Law, National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”.

From 2011 to 2014, worked at the Ministry of Health of Ukraine in departments responsible for financial and economic matters, including in managerial positions.

From 2014 to 2021, held managerial positions in private companies in the pharmaceutical sector and was engaged in private entrepreneurship.

From June 2022 to September 2023, served as Head of the Unit for Support of Centralized Measures and Public Procurement within the Financial and Economic Department of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

From September 2023 to February 2024, served as Acting Director of the Financial and Economic Department of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

From February 2024 to August 2026, served as Director of the Financial and Economic Department of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

Since August 2026, Deputy Minister of Health of Ukraine.
