Memoranda of Understanding between the institutions were signed during the Third Summit of First Ladies and Gentlemen in September 2023.

The collaboration is being implemented through internships in the following areas:

Anesthesiology:

• Visits to departments including general surgical intensive care and neuro-intensive care units, with exposure to cutting-edge approaches to critical care.
  
  

Otolaryngology (ENT):

• Internships in ENT departments, with the opportunity to observe surgical procedures and exchange clinical experience with French counterparts.
  
  

Stroke treatment:

• Familiarization with the structure and protocols of French stroke care services, which handle over 1,500 patients annually.
  
  
• Visits to neuro-intensive and neuro-rehabilitation departments.
  
  

Participation in international conferences:

• Engagement in international-level conferences, including one held in Paris, which focused on mental health and art therapy.
