Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin (Germany) and Superhumans Center (Ukraine)

A Memorandum of Understanding between the Superhumans Center—a leading Ukrainian center for prosthetics, rehabilitation, and reconstructive surgery—and Charité, Germany’s largest university hospital, was signed during the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC2024) in June 2024.

The signing ceremony took place with the participation of Ukraine’s Minister of Health, Viktor Liashko.

The memorandum outlines a deep and strategic collaboration in the areas of rehabilitation and mental health, specifically focusing on:

• Joint research on mental health and sleep disorders in patients with combat-related injuries
  
  
• Exchange of expertise in the application of Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET)
  
  
• Organization of training programs and professional conferences for Ukrainian specialists
