DMYTRO SLOBODYANIUK

State Secretary of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine

Born on May 15, 1987 in the city of Vinnytsia.

In 2011, he graduated from the Vinnytsia National Medical University named after M. I. Pirogov, majoring in "Medicine", and obtained the qualification of Master of Medicine in Psychiatry.

In 2009 — 2011, he studied at the internship in psychiatry at the Vinnytsia National Medical University named after M. I. Pirogov.

In 2012, he received his second higher education at Kamianets-Podilskyi National University named after Ivan Ohienko, majoring in Political Science.

In 2016 — 2019, he studied at the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, where he received a master's degree in "Public Management and Administration".

In 2016, he defended his thesis on the specialty "Medical Psychology" and obtained the scientific degree of Candidate of Medical Sciences.

He worked his way up from being an intern at the Vinnytsia Regional Psychoneurological Hospital named after Academician O.I. Yushchenko to the head of the Department of Health Care and Sanatorium-Resort Institutions of the State Administration of Affairs.
